My daily skincare regimen

From time to time I get asked the question, “what is your daily skincare regimen?” Since I am constantly trying out new products, a simple and consistent regimen is important for me so I can recognize the results or lack thereof.

Here are my steps (including order of use for product):

1. Morning-Daily: Face Wash and Daily Moisturizer

2. Shaving Days: *Mild exfoliant, Face Wash, Shave Oil + Shave Cream, After Shave Balm (on shaved area), Daily Moisturizer

Moisturizer: Avoid these ingredients!

Whether it’s a drug store or department store, there’s always a wide range of face moisturizers to choose from.  Yes, it can get very overwhelming, from the price ranges to the many ingredients touted in each brand.  Since I cannot volunteer myself to go shopping with each and everyone of you, I have a better idea! Here are three ingredients you should always, always, always avoid when shopping for a face moisturizer.

Are your eyes showing your age?

Not only are “your eyes the window to your soul”, they can also be a sound indication as to how much sleep you’ve had and even reveal your age!  Now, we don’t want any of that information getting out do we?  Of course not!

Ok, so, a great way to help slow down the aging process around your eyes is to use an eye cream.  Yes, I know your first question… “aren’t eye creams for women?” My answer, not anymore! If you’ve ever struggled with trying to figure out a woman’s age, then this item may have been the reason why.

Hey, I am not trying to overwhelm your bathroom counter space with recommended products, but, if you have some concern related to premature wrinkles around the eyes, then an anti-aging eye cream should be in your future!

*Ingredients to look for in an eye cream: Caffeine, Vitamin C, Cynergy TK, Vitamin K
